As of January 2010, All vendors at The OW Ranch musts be one of our Preferred Vendors, prior to your contracting them for your event. If you wish to use a Specialty Product/ New Trend not currently listed, please contact our office. All Vendors must have a minimum of a one million dollar general liability policy in effect and issue an additional insured certificate for the day of each event they do business at our family ranch. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the vendor has a current policy in effect prior to signing a contract. Also, ALL vendors will need to sign, and send in, the VENDOR AGREEMENT found below, for each wedding or event.
The selection of your vendors is as important as the selection of the perfect venue. They are in place as a part of a team for one goal, a successful and memorable event. Since the opening of the OW Ranch in January of 2007, we have had many wonderful vendors do business at our venue. Those listed below have a reputation to provide a quality product and service.
The OW Ranch holds no responsibility of the vendor you choose to contract. We strongly suggest you have a detailed work order/contract with the final pricing listed. Periodically, unnecessary stress has been placed on our clients due to the assumption of a service provided or quantity and type of product from their vendors. When getting bids, make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
